Yes, we try our best to accommodate preferences, but we’ll also recommend the advisor most aligned with your goals.

Yes, parents are welcome! That said, we encourage students to take the lead in meetings to build independence and strategic thinking—qualities admissions committees value.

Guidance counselors often provide limited time and general advice. Our advisors offer in-depth, pre-med-specific mentorship from professionals who’ve been on admissions committees.

Yes – your Pre-Med Coach advisor will help you prepare every component of your application. This includes guidance on school list creation, essay planning and writing, and application strategy. If you would like dedicated support for application completion and review, we offer an optional premium package, with a 10% discount for Pre-Med Coach students.

We use CHART, our secure advising platform, for messaging, document sharing, and progress tracking. Phone and video calls are also used for live sessions.
